3. Resume Privacy & Jobseeker Responsibilities

  • Your resume/profile is private by default and is disclosed when you apply for a job or accept a direct invite from an employer/recruiter via the Website.
  • Provide truthful and accurate information and use the Services solely for bona fide job-seeking purposes.
  • Do not share another person’s personal data without permission.

4. Employer & Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Post only genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory job opportunities with accurate details (role, location, compensation range where applicable, and requirements).
  • Use candidate information obtained via the Website solely for recruitment related to the posted role(s) and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Do not spam, misrepresent, resell, sublicense, or build external databases from candidate information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website, Services, and all content (including text, graphics, UI, databases, compilations, algorithms and features such as SmartMatch™), trademarks, logos, and other materials are owned by Elohim & Co. Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
  • Post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

7. Automated Access, Scraping & Data Mining (Prohibited)

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, data mining tools, offline readers, automated scripts, or similar methods to access, query, copy, monitor, or harvest any part of the Services or underlying databases.
  • Aggregate, copy, mirror, frame, or duplicate any content (including job postings, employer profiles, resumes, and metadata), except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
  • Circumvent or bypass any access controls, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or other technical protections.

Note: Any directives in our /robots.txt are informational and do not grant permission to crawl or extract data. Compliance with these Terms is required regardless of /robots.txt directives.

8. Monitoring, Rate-Limiting & Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and may implement technical and organizational measures (including IP blocking, device fingerprinting, CAPTCHA challenges, session throttling, and account suspension). We may seek legal or equitable remedies (including injunctive relief and damages) for any breach, particularly unauthorized automated access or data extraction.

9. Use of Job Posting & Resume Databases

  • Employers/recruiters may view and use candidate data solely for evaluating candidates for legitimate roles posted on the Website.
  • Bulk exporting, resale, redistribution, or creation of derivative databases from our content or candidate information is prohibited.
  • Access to any API or feed (if offered) is subject to separate written terms; scraping is not an alternative to authorized API access.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

The Services may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party sites or resources. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you consent to our processing of personal data as described therein.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services or users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but provisions intended to survive termination shall continue (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law).

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elohim & Co. Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Changes to the Services & to these Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

19. Refunds, Credits & Billing

All purchases of credits, tokens, and paid features on MedicalHealthcareJobs.com (including JobPost60™, JobPost90+™, ResumeDownload, ProfileView™, TalentInvite™, and CompanyShowcase™) are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.

At present, credits purchased on the Website do not have an expiry date. We reserve the right to introduce credit validity periods or expiry in the future. If we do so, we will update these Terms and our Refund & Credit Policy and indicate the effective date before such changes take effect.

If a deduction or purchased service fails due to a verified system or billing error (for example, a duplicate charge, failed publication of a job posting, or an unsuccessful ResumeDownload action), we may restore the affected credits to your CreditWallet™. Refunds are provided as store credits only, unless a cash refund is required by applicable law or approved by us in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Low number of applicants or candidate quality issues
  • Misunderstanding of product features, credit usage, or job posting duration
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchases made by your Employer Admin or authorized sub-users under your employer account
  • Any future expiry of credits that occurs in accordance with an updated Refund & Credit Policy, if such expiry rules are introduced

Initiating a credit card or payment chargeback may result in account suspension, removal of job posts, or additional verification requirements while the dispute is reviewed.
